Orange Technic car parts with gears — can anyone ID this set?

I have a bunch of orange and black Technic beams, several gears of different sizes, some axles, and what looks like a differential gear assembly. There's also an orange body panel that curves — possibly from a supercar model? My teenager started this build months ago and lost the instructions. Any idea which Technic set this is?

The orange color scheme with black accents and that specific curved body panel sounds exactly like the LEGO Technic Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 (42115). It's a massive 3,696 piece set with a complex gearbox. The differential assembly you mentioned is part of the rear drivetrain. You can find the instructions for free at LEGO.com — just search for 42115. It's a long build (the instructions are over 500 pages) but absolutely worth completing!
